Norman Fast has a background as an entrepreneur, investor, and consultant.

Norman has been a founder, investor and director of a number of start-up ventures. His consulting has involved managing corporate development functions including corporate partnering and acquisitions for both U.S. and international clients. Norman has also been an advisor to a number of governments, U.S. and multinational corporations on issues related to venture capital and private company finance. He was a co-founder of Venture Economics, Inc. and served as its president from 1983 to 1988.

Since 1989, he has been a principal of FB Partners which provides new business financing and development, joint ventures and international corporate partnering, acquisition search, target valuation and deal structuring and negotiating, and industry and market analysis.

Norman holds a Doctorate from the Harvard Business School, an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
