Brian Geery knows what it takes to build world-class sales organizations. Since 1991, Brian’s sales, sales management and sales recruiting expertise has been tapped by CEOs and Sales Executives at over 100 technology or service companies, including: Intel, EBSCO Information Services, IDC, HP, Forrester Research, Nortel Networks, Thomson Investment Software, Iron Mountain, and Fidelity Investments.
Most recently, Brian was engaged as a senior leader by Litle & Co., a SaaS company specializing in processing Internet credit card transactions. Under his direct leadership, the Litle & Co. sales organization more than doubled bookings in 2008 and is on track to double bookings again in 2009. Brian consulted on lead generation, qualification, and distribution at Cambridge Technology Partners when its revenues were at $20 million. Subsequently the company grew to $580 million and was acquired by Novell. Brian consulted with Carclub.com, helping the company win Customer Interface Magazine’s Best of the Best Award for online customer service. Before joining Quota, Inc., Brian was hitting his numbers for 15 years as a salesperson, sales manager and branch manager at three ‘underdog’ technology companies. Now the companies are top dogs.
His strategies for sales success have appeared in numerous publications, including the Wall Street Journal and Selling Power magazine. Brian has appeared on radio and television and has been a featured speaker at business conferences throughout the country including Inc. World, The International Quality & Productivity Conference and MIT. Brian is former founder and president of the Sales and Marketing Toastmasters Association and former vice president of the Sales and Marketing Executives Association
