Kathleen M. Gilligan
As a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst, Kate brings her knowledge and practice of psychology to organizations. She has been conducting workshops, retreats and individual coaching sessions for managers, employees and volunteer staff for over twenty years. As a consultant and coach, Kate has worked in union and non-union environments, profit and not for profits, hospitals, high-tech, manufacturing, service and professional organizations.

The word that Kate’s clients most often use in describing her is TRUST. She is able to generate lasting rapport with people that makes it comfortable for participants to embark on their own personal change process.
